Nestor G Rivero, CIC
founded Tropical Insurance Agency in 1976 in the Westchester area,
10 miles from the downtown Miami, as an independent agency dedicated
to serving their clients in a professional, dependable manner. He is
a graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor in
Business Administration. He is also a participant in the InVEST
program teaching high school students auto insurance. For the past
30 years, he has been involved in the insurance industry primarily
in the commercial lines department. At Tropical Insurance Agency we
take great pride in our relationship with our clients. He will quote
and obtain the best possible rate for your commercial business
needs.
Alfredo Gonzalez, joined the insurance industry in 1982 and
specializes in personal auto and homeowners insurance. Due to Mr. Gonzalez’s perseverance and
enthusiasm, Tropical Insurance has been named agency of the year for
Progressive Insurance Company in South Florida
for several years.
Sabrina Tittmann, has been in the insurance business for the past
14 years. She brings a world of knowledge in the personal auto
arena. She strives to achieve the best for her customers needs. Her
eagerness to guide her clients in the right path is what helps her
retain her customers year after year.
Connie Lageyre is a licensed 2-20 agent that came to our
office in with an immense experience and has been an asset to our agency for
the past 4 years. She deals with a wide array of clients in both the personal
and commercial lines department.
Jessica Blanco graduated from the University of Miami, with a
Bachelor in Marketing, she has been able to reconstruct our office
towards a people oriented agency. She has worked for the past five
years in the commercial department, alongside Mr. Rivero, where
together they can provide the service you need for your commercial
business.
Gema Lopez has worked in the agency since inception date. She
handles all the daily transactions for the personal auto department.
Michael Carballo, has been in the insurance industry since
1998 and started as a file clerk. He has
managed to move his way up to becoming a very talented Commercial CSR with a
Bachelors in Finance. He still plays a big roll in the office administration as
a financial consultant for any large scale investments.
Elena Valiente has been the receptionist in our agency since
1986. She is quite outspoken and is admired by our clients for her great
friendliness and personal touch.
Mandy Rodriguez came aboard our office as an
Invest student in 1999 and has become our offices homeowner’s
specialist. He is a very skilled he
received his 2-20 General Agents license right after he joined our office
and created his clientele based on professionalism and dedication.
